Day 2

breakfast : a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter
AM snack : none
lunch : a cup of rice, mongo and inihaw na chicken wing
PM snack : a quarter of a green apple (i shared with officemates so i was able to eat only a quarter)
dinner : half cup rice, fried eggplant, fried tilapia
glasses of water to quench thirst for the whole day

mind set : "kaya ko naman pala."
body talk : does not feel the hunger (like yesterday)
mood : tired from work
craving for : nothing
achievement : i am eating now in moderation. no Coke for today.

mom takes care of the fruits' part. :) swerte mo diyan, you have good quality fruits (i just dont know how expensive. hehehe) pero here, i saw really plump strawberries in rustan's --- nalokah ako! mga 10pcs lang, PHP399 na! parang hindi ko naman sobrang gustong magOA sa pag-eat light if butas ang bulsa ko. hehehe :)
