Day 1

breakfast : 1 cup of cereals in hot water
AM snack : indian mango (didn't finish 2 pcs)
lunch : small piece of daing na bangus, a lot of ginisang ampalaya
PM snack : Mcdo (3 pcs chicken nuggets, pineapple juice, est. half cup of fries)
dinner : 3T of rice, lots of ginisang ampalaya, a gulp of cold Coke
glasses of water to quench thirst for the whole day


mind set : i can do this.
body talk : does not feel the hunger 
mood : optimistic
craving for : ice-cold Coke 
achievement : only a gulp of Coke during dinner
