because i'm messianic

yes, i want to change the world, make a difference, pay things forward and serve my country.  and over dinner with friends from PMS earlier, i reiterated this.  i look forward to going back to government service, in PMS hopefully, in May 2011.  it's going to be a conspicuous time because by then, my pan egov project will be wrapping up already, and i will be more than ready to take on bigger challenges in the workplace.  of course, between now and May 2011, i pray that the elections will usher in a visionary leadership, who includes ICT in its policy agenda.  like what i mentioned to a friend, the civil society/NGO sector have pushed for an ICT agenda, and i am witness to this, being part of it now.  government has to be bolder in doing its share, especially in the policy and program side, and this, i want to be part of.

i already declared to the world that i look forward to government work in 2011, and friends in FB think i am totally going bonkers.

i'm not.  i'm probably messianic. but then again, if i can do change the world, why not go for it?
