to be sized up, measured, and scaled, to be regarded as favored and undeserving -- all these punches without having no means to fight back.
even when you choose to do what is required and to give it more than your best, and illuminate and shine among the rest. there are (still) those who will doubt and mock you, and probably wait and watch when you fail.
then to be reassured,
"do not be afraid, for I am with you; do not be alarmed, for I am your God. I give you strength, truly I help you, truly I hold you firm with my saving right hand. ~ Isaiah 41:10"

Thanks Ket! this is about my application for work. Oks lang naman ako to undergo all the necessary steps, compliant nga ako. pero ang intrigahin pa ako despite going thru the motion? nakakainis lang ng konti. konti lang kasi i realized that unfounded naman ang mga issues na yun. :). hopefully, i would have a job soon. Godwilling.. :)
